Eastside Campus Construction
The Eastside Campus, home to UF Bridges as well as the university's hurricane center and other administrative and research units, is currently "under construction." If you are travelling to Bridges for training or to attend a meeting, please allow yourself extra time to find parking to ensure you make your class or meeting as scheduled.

myUFL Financial Systems Upgrade
This summer the University of Florida began an upgrade to myUFL. The myUFL Financial Systems Upgrade project will focus on upgrading the financial module to PeopleSoft 9.0. Simultaneous to this work will be the upgrade to the UF Data Warehouse, the home base for all information used to generate enterprise reports.
The myUFL system provides UF faculty, staff, and students with direct access to the university's online business process applications, and makes it possible for UF to conduct business in "real time". The upgrade is scheduled for completion in March 2011.

Bridges Security Access Update

The Bridges Security and Audit Compliance group recently surpassed the 1,200 mark for active security roles used in myUFL and other data management systems.

Dave Gruber Named Interim Director, Bridges
On March 31st, Vice President Ed Poppell named Dave Gruber the Interim Director for Bridges. Dave succeeds Mike Corwin, who left for an assistant VP position with the University of Texas-Arlington. Dave, a Gator alum, worked at the university for three years in the early 1990s. He rejoined the UF staff in 2003. Prior to being named Interim Director, Dave served as the Associate Director of Bridges.
