How can I tell what plans I am enrolled in?
The best place to view your plans is to review your latest paycheck. In the myUFL portal, navigate to My Self Service > Payroll and Compensation > View Paycheck. Here you will see your benefits broken out by pre- and post-tax deductions. If you need help deciphering the codes there is a list of deduction codes on the Bridges Web site > Services > Payroll > Resources.

If you are viewing the third check of a month, please read the next question.

How often do deductions come out of my paycheck?
All State of Florida plans come out 24 times a year since they are not deducted on any third check of the month. State plans include health, basic and optional life, dental, vision, short-term disability/ AD&D, hospital plans, and cancer plans. UF plans come out 16 or 24 times a year depending on the plan. Long-term disability, whole life, and long-term care come out 24 times a year while HRH term life and the personal accident come out 16 times a year, from September through April.

Why can't I see my beneficiaries in the myUFL portal?
PeopleSoft is not the official record of beneficiaries for the State plans or the whole life plan. Beneficiaries for the HRH term life will be maintained in the myUFL portal, but this data has not been loaded into the system at this time. The companies will refer to the most recent signed form by the employee to determine who are your current beneficiaries.
