Accounts Receivable and Billing resources are available for those involved with accounts receivable and billing, including university billing specialists, cashiers and managers.
Asset Management
These resources are designed for those who manage financial, operational and physical property and construction projects for the university using the Asset Management and Projects modules in the myUFL portal. The myUFL systems provide processes for tracking assets including support for hand-held scanning devices.

Benefits resources are available for those involved with managing employee benefits or for those viewing their own benefit in myUFL.
Directory
The UF Directory is a central resource for recording names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses and more. You can use the UF Directory on-line phonebook to locate people at UF. You can update your directory entry yourself. Directory Coordinators in each unit can also update directory entries. Additional information regarding the directory as well as training and presentations, are available.
Effort Tracking
The Effort Tracking system in myUFL collects information that is translated into the Faculty & Professional and Non-Academic Activity Report. This report is used to measure productivity, as well as, fulfill state and federal legislative requirements.
Enterprise Reporting
Enterprise Reporting services provide a broad collection of university data available in a data warehouse that you can use for managing your unit. The data warehouse contains financial, personnel, directory, student and other information.
For most purposes, the data warehouse can be accessed without the need for special software or programming. Cognos business intelligence software is available through the myUFL portal to give you access to the contents of the warehouse for reporting and analytic purposes.
GatorLink Management
Bridges develops and maintains software that implements university policy for GatorLink Management.
General Ledger and Budgets
Information is available for those using the new ChartFields in general ledger and budget activity.
Grants
Resources for grants include information for proposal preparation as well as grant management.
Hiring and Job Actions
Resources for hiring new employees, including checklists and crosswalks, are available. This section also applies to those posting job or position actions such as special pay increases and reclassifications.
Payroll
The myUFL payroll systems provide paychecks for all UF employees. Additional information regarding self-service, training, terms, frequently asked questions and much more is available.
Portal
The myUFL Portal at http://my.ufl.edu provides news and information regarding UF as well as access to all myUFL systems. Additional information regarding portal services and their use is available.
Purchasing and Payables
Purchasing and Payables includes requisitions, vouchers, change requests, receiving and PCard.
Security
The myUFL systems are secured for application access by assigning each user one or more "roles" that define the work the user is authorized to perform. The security team at Bridges administers an Access Request System for handling the requests of Department Security Administrators. Student
Student systems will be replaced in the future. These systems will eventually replace ISIS and will support Admissions, Registration, Records, Drop/Add, Room Scheduling, Advising, Student Financial Aid and Student Accounts Receivable/Billing.
Time and Labor
The myUFL systems provide a means for employees to record their time and for supervisors to approve time and leave. Resources for all participants in the time and labor processes are available.
Travel and Expense
Resources for Travel and Expense, including instructional guides, classroom training, the Travel Exchange, Frequently Asked Questions, will meet the needs of both the traveler and the departmental staff and administrators who enter or approve travel and expense.
UFID
UFID is an eight digit identifier assigned to all university faculty, staff and students. UFID is used in place of SSN to improve security and privacy at the University of Florida.
Vendor Information
Vendors should read the Vendor Information regarding W-9 and the use of file transfer protocol (FTP) to transfer information to and from the University of Florida.
ViewDirect
ViewDirect is a legacy application for providing access to reports. It is being replaced by Enterprise Reporting. Additional information regarding ViewDirect is available.
